The health, wellbeing and safety of our customers, employees and volunteers is always our priority. After careful and extensive consideration, All-Aboard’s Trustee Board and Management Team have taken the extremely difficult decision to close the Centre and all related facilities. This will apply to all client activity with effect from 12 noon on Wednesday 18th March due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This will apply until 12 noon on the 30th April 2020.
Your support at this time is more vital than ever. The impact of Coronavirus is unprecedented, and if you value our Charitable aims then we ask that you consider donating to us. We are a charity and every penny we receive supports our future sessions.
Please understand that this decision has not been taken lightly and is devastating for all involved in our wonderful charity. Our dedicated staff team will continue to work, however on a reduced basis to keep essential systems and operations working.
We hope to see you all in the not too distant future once the Government advises that we can resume our activities.
Providing water-based activities in Bristol since 1974
All-Aboard is a Watersports Charity. Our aim is to break down barriers and make it possible for everyone in our community to participate in a range of watersports such as sailing, kayaking, canoeing, rowing, paddleboarding, powerboating and other water related activities in the beautiful and historic Bristol City Docks. Our centre and activities are fully accessible and delivered by a highly trained team of instructors, staff and volunteers.
We receive no support from central or local government, nor do we have any other form of guaranteed funding. Donations from supporters are a vitally important part of the charity’s finances, allowing us to continue to provide watersports sessions at reasonable cost to those facing challenging circumstances.
