We have open water swimming every Sunday morning throughout the summer and monthly in winter; we are looking for Open Water Lifeguards that hold a OWL or NPLQ with experience of working in open water.
We are specifically looking for female SI’s, particularly those who have a paddle instructor/leader qualification to lead our Women’s Watersports sessions on a Monday evening.

“I joined All Aboard October 2023 after being suggested the centre by Gabby, who was already working there, and I am so glad I did!
Working here has been a joy and I know I am going to miss the atmosphere of the centre and the team. The environment of the centre is very supportive, but they also encourage you to push yourself and to develop your instructing skills. In an industry such as outdoor activities, the conditions can be unpredictable and despite your clever planning sometimes they just don’t follow the forecast, which just taught me to think outside the box and try and find new ways to teach the skills I planned.
As an instructor, it is a delight to share the sport and skills I love with others. All Aboard runs sessions for a multitude of different groups, including those that would never normally have the chance to experience the sports we teach – which can make the sessions just that much more rewarding.
