Do you want to try a few different watersports, whilst having fun and making a few new friends at the same time? Then this is the holiday club for you.

We offer two different watersports* each day**, one in the morning and one in the afternoon:

Katakanu, Stand-Up Paddleboard, Raft building, Canoeing & Kayaking

If you book on the follow sessions this is what to expect;

Katakanu – A Katakanu is a multi-hulled canoe that holds up to six children at one time. This is a more relaxed way to spend time on the water, learn skills in teamwork while enjoying the sights of Bristol docks without the fear of getting wet. It is a very stable craft and you will travel in a group of up to 6 with your instructor and aim to then progress on to Canadian Canoes later in the week.

Stand-Up Paddleboard – The fastest growing activity in the country. Learn how to control a Stand Up Paddle-board with the correct strokes being taught to you by the instructor. Highly enjoyable, lots of different games can be played on these or you can enjoy a journey seeing the sights of Bristol from a different perspective of the water.

Raft Building – This activity requires lots of team building and communication skills to make the best Raft that you can. This session is all about fun! Making your creation come to life and then getting the chance to test paddle it on the docks along with your team. You will learn new skills like tying knots, paddling the raft and get a bit more competitive by racing your raft against another team.

Canoeing – In our Tandem Canoes you and someone else will learn to control, paddle and steer a Canadian Canoe. A great follow up for anyone who has done the Katakanuing and wants to try something new and progressive.

Kayaking – enjoy taking out one of our single seated Kayaks on the docks, learning fundamental skills to enjoy your time on the water whilst playing games and working with the instructor to get the most out of your time while you are out.

The emphasis of all of our holiday club sessions is on fun and getting out on the water in a safe way. Our experienced and passionate instructors are also there to help you improve your skills too.

You can book whichever days suit you. If you book a whole week you will receive a discount, which is applied automatically at the checkout on Holiday Clubs throughout the year.

*Please note that we do not offer sailing on our multi-sport holiday clubs. Please book on our sailing holiday clubs for this activity by clicking here.
