Take your paddling skills and experience to the next level with a British Canoeing Paddle Award with us here at All-Aboard. We run British Canoeing Discover Awards in either Stand-Up Paddleboard, kayaking and canoeing; and the follow-on stage: British Canoeing Explore Awards in either kayaking and canoeing.

The BC Discover Awards that we run have been designed by British Canoeing to give you the correct knowledge and skills to have a safe, fun and enjoyable time out on the water. You will have an experienced instructor to guide you through the whole course who will be on hand to answer any questions that you may have.

The BC Discover Award is a great foundation for your general paddling knowledge and skills, as well as the basis for your progression on to one of our British Canoeing Explore Awards.

The BC Explore Award, which has been designed to make you more independent while being out on the water. With your new knowledge, it will give you freedom and develop your confidence to head off on your own self-guided adventures.

To get the most out of the BC Explore Award you will need to have completed at least one of our previous Paddle Awards, either the British Canoeing 1 Star or British Canoeing Discover Award, so that you are in a position to fine tune all of the techniques and knowledge that you already have.

Once the BC Explore Award has been completed, we will make time for you to sit down with your instructor and discuss the development of any future awards that you may be interested in pursuing, to continue your paddling adventures.
