What you’ll be doing as part of the All-Aboard Admin Team:

  • Providing effective administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the centre
  • Answering phones and responding to emails to provide exceptional customer service
  • Meeting and greeting visitors and customers
  • Management of individual bookings through our on-line booking system
  • Data entry and updating databases and generating monthly reports
  • Responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Generating, gathering and monitoring session registers for instructors and for data purposes
  • Supporting Centre Manager with volunteer allocation
  • Supporting Centre Manager with management of social media accounts and website
  • Stock monitor and order for marketing material (i.e. leaflets and merchandise)
  • Monitoring customer feedback
  • Occasionally taking payments over the phone / in person / electronically


What you need:

  • Experience in an administrative role (Desirable)
  • Experience in email management, Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), including a professional phone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail, organised, conscientious and a positive attitude
  • Professional presentation
  • Knowledge of watersports or a willingness to learn! (Desirable)
  • Experience of supporting individuals with disabilities (Desirable)
  • Ability to work within a busy & supportive team
