The swimming area will be in Baltic Wharf, Cumberland Road, on the south side of Bristol Harbour. You access the water from a ramp near All-Aboard Water Sports, in front of The Cottage Inn.

You must book your spot via our website and sign the waiver – don’t forget your tow float and hat
You can hire or buy tow floats and swim hats.
Hire cost is £1 and towfloats for sale for £15 and hats for £7 (we take cards and cash).
The swim will run 16.30 – 18.30 with last entry to the water at 18.15.
Itinerary
You can arrive at any time from 16.20 until 18.10, depending on how long you want to swim. There will be no more entry into the water after 18.15. The length of the course will be circa 200m but subject to change depending on conditions
Check in for your session at the desk by the swimming area. Swimmers can use the toilets opposite Harbour Master’s office. There will be no access to our toilets or changing rooms.
We suggest that you come ‘swim ready’.
Requirements
You must be able to swim a minimum of 50m continuously in deep water. You must book your swim session in advance. You must 18 or over. You will have signed a waiver. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if there is a cancellation due to bad weather or poor water quality, we will issue you with a credit that you can use for future bookings up until the end of season. (It is our intention longer term to offer free/affordable swims for those where the cost is prohibitive).
